To all our Clients and Colleagues;

Another year has come and gone. It has been a year of acceleration with many significant accomplishments, many of these forming part of journeys embarked on years ago!

Whether you have been a customer for years or are new to us this year, I would like to thank you for your support and trust in us as your service provider of choice! We will continue to strive to provide a service of excellence without exception.

I would also like to take a moment to thank our staff for their tireless work, without whom we would not be in the position we are today. Our company’s success is built on our employees’ efforts and their passion to support our Company Dream envisioned by the Company Executive team. Thank you for being so dedicated, and as a result, we have enjoyed many successes this past year. We are truly grateful for your valuable contributions to PMT and our Clients.

Lastly, I want to take a moment to thank Markus Schorn (our CEO) for stirring up a passion in us to question the norm and always look for opportunities to make a positive difference and leave a lasting impact! Your passion and resilience for the Dream of PMT™, its staff, and our clients are inspiring!

Next year, we will continue to focus on our strategic pillars of putting people first, customer and operational excellence, driving digital innovation and changing people’s lives through technology, and supporting our community-based initiatives such as the Eazi-Teach™ Family Africa program. We are excited about what is planned for 2024 and look forward to continuing this journey with you!

In support of our community-based initiatives and as agents of change, we continue to forego our yearly client gifts and instead donate the funds to Family Africa, a cause worthy of needing all the support they can muster.

Hopefully, the last few years have allowed us all to re-focus on what’s most important. Please stay safe and enjoy your time with family, friends and loved ones over the December holiday period. I truly wish everyone the best of health, happiness and peace in 2024 and beyond.

This year PMT™ has so many exciting key highlights that we have been proud of being a part of and achieving throughout the year! Below we would like to share some of our Key PMT™ highlights from 2023!

As we draw the curtains on another remarkable year at Pattern Matched Technologies, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey we’ve embarked on together.

This year has been a testament to the resilience, determination, and unwavering commitment of our exceptional team. Through trials and triumphs, we’ve navigated uncharted waters, learning invaluable lessons along the way. I extend my deepest gratitude to each member of our team whose dedication and hard work have been the cornerstone of our success.

Despite the challenges faced, our collective efforts have borne fruit. We’ve achieved significant milestones and made strides in major areas of working together, understanding how to integrate better as people and teams with a common goal and vision, and how to move the business forward while doing so. These accomplishments stand as a testament to our collective spirit and unwavering focus.

Undoubtedly, the hurdles we encountered allowed us not only to introspect but also to grow stronger. They’ve fuelled our determination and ignited a newfound momentum as we stride towards the year’s end. I’m immensely proud of the resilience and adaptability shown by our team, turning obstacles into opportunities.

Looking ahead, I’m filled with anticipation for what the new year holds. We embark on this journey carrying the wisdom gleaned from our experiences, armed with a deeper understanding of our strengths and the areas where we can further excel. Together, we stand poised to embrace the possibilities and opportunities that await us.

Our journey wouldn’t be as meaningful without your unwavering support and trust. Your belief in Pattern Matched Technologies is the cornerstone of our progress, and we are committed to exceeding your expectations in the coming year.

In 2023 the PMT™ team grew and we welcomed incredible new minds to our dynamic team! We are very pleased and proud to warmly welcome our 9 new employees for 2023 to PMT™ with more positions being filled early next year. Together these new team members have brought years of collective industry experience and expertise to PMT™ as well as fresh and exciting energy to the team. We can truly say that their impacts have already been felt throughout the business and we look forward to seeing them continue to grow in PMT™!

We also celebrated many staff members at PMT™ reached some extraordinary milestones in 2023! To start our CEO Markus Schorn celebrated 15 years at PMT™ this year, our MD Henning Viljoen also recently celebrated 14 years at PMT™, Kyle Armstrong and Maro Asmaclis both celebrated 13 years at PMT™, along with many other team members reaching these extraordinary milestones this year! We thank you all for the years of great work, leadership and commitment to PMT™ we look forward to many more years with you all in PMT™!

For the last few years now, PMT™ has had the honour to be a part of sponsoring the Family Africa’s Christmas parties which helps make the day full of fun, laughter and joy for the children in disadvantaged communities.

The Family Africa team has organised a Christmas Party for grassroots creches every year for almost 2 decades now. The Family Africa team hosts this party in the local Youth Centre hall which can entertain 1500 children from 60 creches!

There are a variety of different activities provided for the children to be well entertained with from juggling, magic, jumping castles, learning a dance, meeting Mother and Father Christmas and a wonderful setup dining area to enjoy juice and hot dogs and their lucky packets.

Each creche receives a hamper with toys and books and each child receives a storybook with colouring and puzzle pages.

It was shared by one of the principals of these creches that these Christmas parties are the only way many of these children can experience Christmas every year. This warms our hearts knowing that we are able to be a part of this every year and make a difference in these children’s lives in this way.

Our PMT™ Team will be taking a break to get some well-deserved rest, we will be closed from the 14th of December 2023 until the 2nd of January 2024. This will help us all come back with even greater energy and motivation to continue providing excellence without exception to our clients in 2024!
